In the photo that I sent, I had a shaved head at the time, which my wife didn't like, so I sent in a couple of more recent photos and they were able to paint hair onto the picture. I feel that it turned out very well, and realistic. In addition, I had them make one change to the painting after they e-mailed me a digital image, which they were able to accomodate.
