When you order a custom hand crafted painting, you are ordering an art work for a lifetime. When ordering your portrait painting, you will order through our site, choose your size, medium and framing options, and either upload, email or send your photo to us. After you complete your payment, our customer service team will review your photo to ensure that it is of a high enough quality. If it is not, they will contact you to discuss other options. If your photo is of a high enough quality, our graphic designers will begin working on it. This means that they may tweak the colors or optimize the image so that the portrait painters have the best possible picture to work from to create your customized painting. Once you have approved the edited image, it will be sent to one of our painters to be painted. Once the painting is completed, we will upload a picture of the painting so that you may confirm it or request any modifications. After you have approved the painting, it will be carefully packaged and sent to you using only the very best packaging materials and professional shippers.
