"When my father passed away unexpectantly 3 years ago it left a huge hole in our family. My daughter, his first grandchild, felt it the most. When she gave birth a year ago, she gave her son my dad`s middle name. This painting serves to show the great love his Pap shared for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren even if they never got to meet. "

"My Papa died in 2007 from colon cancer, my grandmother misses him all the time & still cries when watching Dream Girls because that was the last movie they watched before he died. I would have loved to have him at my wedding so I asked my grandmother to wear an engraved necklace of him & me (which is in the painting). I`m very fortunate the wedding photographer was able to get the perfect picture of my grandmother & me at the reception. When I saw the last picture of my Papa in a suit at my grandmother`s house I knew it would fit perfectly & that it did! My grandmother now has a painting of the three of us at my wedding forever. "

"In the picture are 4 generations, grandson, great-granddaughter, and a great-great-grandson. My boyfriend`s daughter Bayli is an amazing young lady, wife, and mother. She recently had a birthday and I thought that a picture from paint your life would be perfect, sentimental and something she’d cherish forever. Bayli had an amazingly close relationship with her GG who had passed away before her son was born. Bayli and her dad have an extremely tight bond and her son is her pride and joy, knowing this I knew that it would be the perfect gift. I’m so happy she loved it as much as she does and blessed to gift her something that has so much meaning and love in one picture. "
