My dear sweet mother-in departed this life June 4, 2013. I promised myself I would get a painting made of her since have no pictures of my mother-in-law in our home. When I seen Paint Your Life on Instagram, I knew this would make the perfect Father`s Day gift for my husband.....and I was right!!!!!

My mom and her special Christmas gift ????: This beautiful portrait is of my beloved Aunt “BooBoo” who was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and grandmother. She fought a courageous battle with colon cancer for two years before she gained her Angel Wings to go home in Heaven on November 21, 2019. As much as she is tremendously missed and loved by all of her loved ones on Earth, my siblings and I wanted to do something special for my mom for Christmas. A portrait of BooBoo would be a meaningful gift for my mom as they were more than just sisters by blood, they were the best friends by heart. They did everything together from going on road trips to having sleepovers on weekends to being silly to sharing some gossip to just simply being together. This portrait won’t bring BooBoo back physically, but it is a touching reminder that she is always there spiritually with my mom. I got this painting for my partner. It’s a paint of her dad who she lost at the age of 13-14 she is now 21. She lost her dad due to him committing suicide. She misses him dearly every day and loved him so much! So this painting hit her heart and right away became very emotional!
