My dear sweet mother-in departed this life June 4, 2013. I promised myself I would get a painting made of her since have no pictures of my mother-in-law in our home. When I seen Paint Your Life on Instagram, I knew this would make the perfect Father`s Day gift for my husband.....and I was right!!!!!

Our parents have passed away, by getting one portrait at a time and working with your wonderful artist Doris their presence is coming back to us. Her work is amazing and she has perfectly captured the spirit of our parents. We have had her paint three and will soon have her complete a fourth. I LOVE YOU BABY! This portrait is of his Mother who passed away 1/27/2017! he’s always thinking about her and crying almost every single day. He always wish that he can have a painting or a good memory of her every time he wakes up so I thought about my not getting a painting done and he loves it. I got this painting for my partner. It’s a paint of her dad who she lost at the age of 13-14 she is now 21. She lost her dad due to him committing suicide. She misses him dearly every day and loved him so much! So this painting hit her heart and right away became very emotional!

Thank You So much to Paint Your Life! It was so worth it! My Father, My Grandma`s son passed away in 2018. When the painting was revealed, she loved it! It came out incredible! It`s now the centerpiece of our living room! My Dad looks so alive and smiling in the painting! Thank You SO MUCH!

my brother was killed in March of this year, one day before his 33rd Birthday when a truck struck him. This was the first birthday he wasn’t here to celebrate with us and this is the first Mother’s Day he isn’t here to celebrate with us, and all the special occasions and holidays he won’t be here to celebrate with us. At least we were able to make my mom smile, even if it’s only for a second. Happy Mother’s Day mommy. We love you very much. Rest easy little brother.
