"The painting is a picture of Ann and Frank Zindler, painted from a snapshot taken by our granddaughter Laura Zindler-Mollett. The photo was taken the day after Christmas, 2012. That was the last day Ann was in the hospital before coming home to Hospice. Ann died of cancer January 4, 2013. I am extremely grateful to Melissa for being able so realistically to show the love and hope in Ann’s eyes and face. Ann was herself a painter, and I’m sure she would have been deeply impressed by Melissa’s skill."

"I ordered the painting for my husband as a Father’s Day gift. The photo I submitted was of two of our grandsons that we are very close to. The quality is amazing and it exactly matches the photo. Friends and family seeing the painting were very surprised by the likeness. I didn’t know what to expect when I submitted the photo.
