The painting is of our late dog, Buffy. She passed away in September and she LOVED going to the creek near our home. My brothers and I ordered it for my mom for Christmas. Our mom loved Buffy. They did everything together. Buffy thought she was a lap dog and she absolutely loved being on or next to my moms lap. It has been a difficult 3 months for my mom and we thought this would bring back some happiness by being able to look at the painting every single day!

"This painting is our beloved Maggie Mae. Just before her 13th birthday, we had to have her put down. Broke our hearts. I decided to have this painting done for my husband for Christmas. I was so excited and amazed at how much it looked just like her, I couldn`t wait until Christmas. Yes, I spoiled the surprise. He got tears in his eyes, as did myself when he opened it. Thank you so very much! I will definitely be telling people about the talent that you employ. I will also be having another one done in the future of our now 8-year-old Boston Terrier, Bailey. Just to let you in on something, we are waiting to get a new Boston Terrier puppy on December 23rd. Yes, we`ll be getting a painting of that one too! I look forward to doing business with you again."

The painting in which I ordered for my wife was a painting of her dog that passed away last Christmas morning (12/25/18). This was the first dog she got on her own and was with her for 10 years. In fear that Christmas would not be special for her or my children with the reminder of her her dogs passing, I wanted them to cherish his life and the joy that he brought to the family . This painting captured Abu`s adorable character and really brought joy to our Christmas morning .
