My husbands grandmother passed away a few months after our oldest turned 1, the last pictures that we have of her are from his 1st Birthday, I wanted to do something different for my husband for Christmas this year and get him something that was personal, special, and would mean the world to him. He was very close to his grandmother and took her death pretty hard. So I sent to PaintYourLife.com a picture of his grandmother holding our oldest on his 1st birthday and a picture of myself holding our youngest on his 1st birthday. I had them basically put the two pictures together, so that it looked like she was holding both of them, the finished product was amazing. And to say he LOVED IT is an understatement, he cried like a baby! Mission Accomplished!!

My dear sweet mother-in departed this life June 4, 2013. I promised myself I would get a painting made of her since have no pictures of my mother-in-law in our home. When I seen Paint Your Life on Instagram, I knew this would make the perfect Father`s Day gift for my husband.....and I was right!!!!!

I order this painting for my partner’s 40th Birthday. Her grandmother passed away 23 years ago. Her grandmother raised her and showed her unconditional love during the short time they spent together. The loss of her grandmother still affects her to this day so I knew this painting would mean the world to her. I’m so happy we found your company online. You guys have exceeded my expectations and have made this a dream come true. Thank you!!!

The painting I got for my wife is kind of a heartbreaking one. Our wedding is 11/1/19, but we ended up getting married on 9/6/19 at her mother’s bed side in the CCU unit. Her mom was diagnosed in 2017 with lung cancer. She had part of one removed, went through chemo and radiation and thought she was in the clear. In February she had a pet scan, and in March she was told it came back very aggressive. She tried a new treatment, and unfortunately it did not work. She was happy at the bridal shower on 8/25/19 and everyone was so happy to see her smiling and taking pictures. On Labor Day she was rushed to the hospital and we were told she had 2 weeks to live and would not make the wedding. We decided we would get married, and have Barbara sign our certificate and be the witness. We are still going to have the wedding since it is paid for, but my wife was able to wear the veil her mom bought her and allow her to wipe cake off her face. Everyone that has seen the painting has had tears in their eyes and said it feels like she is still here.
