"I am a realtor buying this painting as a closing gift for my client. My sellers` parents built this home in 1939. She was born and raised in this home, grew up and married her husband and raised her own children in this home, and also had some grandchildren live with her at some point as well. Now at the age of 70 and living her entire life in this home, she has decided to start a new chapter in her life, sell her family home and move into a new house. With this painting, she will forever have a piece of her family home with her."
