"So her grandfather passed away in 2015, and we got together on 12/16/15 & ever since then it’s been a rollercoaster of emotions every year. So I wanted to do something nice for my queen and our daughter who recently was born on the 5th of September... 2021 & never got to meet him. This creation and opportunity by Mary M. Made it possible for her to be held by her Great Grandfather! So Thankyou again Paint Your Life! It’s always been hard trying to figure out what gifts to get my Girl of 6 years but when I stumble across this page and y’all videos it all made sense and it all was easy to decide on what I was going to get her. This one is an endless memory for us! "

"On February 2, 2021, my mom lost her mother unexpectedly. Watching my mom’s heartache and pain at family get together this year made losing her even harder. The last photo taken of her was on her birthday, with all of her great-grandchildren in her lap as the rest of the family sang “Happy Birthday”. That was the happiest any of the family ever saw her. As the holidays started to inch closer I wanted to get my mom the most meaningful Christmas gift I could give her since this has been by far the hardest year for her. So, I sent the last photo ever taken of I have of her mom at her happiest to be painted into a portrait for her. The day we celebrated our family Christmas, the family and I made sure she was the last one to open her presents so all of the family members can not only watch her reaction but remember how happy she was with her life and how much she loved each and every one of us. "My mother in law just lost her daddy. In which affected our whole family. With any unexpected death in can be very hard on any family. Especially when our Grandpa Archie was our rock. My mother in law has experienced a lot of heartache these last couple of years. With the lost of her dad has still been able to always remain strong for everyone. Which I felt if anyone deserves a special gift this year wright before Christmas, it should be my mother in law. I`m just glad I have been put in a position to bless someone as special as my mother in law. These paintings can bring so much closure to some and give that special moment to be able to have their very own personal hand painting of a family member. Thank-you Paint your life for a great painting and something my mother in law will enjoy forever. "

"My wife’s dad passed away a few years back from cancer. He never had the chance to meet his granddaughter which would’ve been his first grandchild. I wanted to do something special for my wife to show her that her amazing dad is still looking down on her smiling and being so proud of her. Paint your life was able to help me with that. She was so amazed and really enjoyed the painting. Thank you so much for making her day as well as my family’s day. "
