"My boyfriend is a retired veteran of the United States Army. He dedicated 27 years of his life as an active duty Infantryman. He has always worked extremely hard providing for his loved ones and those in need without question. With 3 tours to Iraq and 1 to desert storm, the loss of a mother and father, nothing would ever prepare him, for the untimely death of his only son and baby out of his kids. Unfortunately, November 16, 2017, changed the course of his life. He was tragically murdered, and life has been a stream of ups and downs. He holds near in dear to the memories and his faith to get him by, along with family and close friends. To be able to capture the essence of what I felt spoke to the love of a father for his son could only be captured this way. From a child to a man he carried him and he can always look back on this keepsake knowing he will forever be with him. Thank you so much, for creating such a beautiful peace in our world. Sincerely, LaDonna Powell "

"My husband and I ordered this paint for his mom for Mother’s Day. Due to her living in a different state we were just now able to give it to her. It is a painting of her and her oldest son, Kevin. Kevin had been fighting addiction for many years and just a few days before Christmas 2021 he lost his battle with addiction. "
