Memorial Portraits of Loved Ones

Kierens' dad passed away before we met. So Alfie has never met his grandad Martin, to have a family portrait of the three generations of Hare men meant so much to me. I surprised Kieren with this oil painting of the three of them and you can see the results from his reaction. He loves it. Thank you Paint Your Life for making this possible.

so basically my mom`s parents passed away in 2012/2013. My mom`s father committed suicide on Christmas of 2012 and my grandmother passed on Father’s day of 2013. I felt this was a nice birthday present for my mother.

"This was a Christmas present for my husband. The picture is a family portrait of the two of us and our children, and behind us are both of his parents who have passed prior to this picture. One of them passes prior to us even getting together."

"My grandma (Applepie) passed away almost 6 years ago & we always say how much she would have loved my son Michael. My mom was very close with her so I decided to get her a painting of my son & grandma for Christmas. She was super surprised & absolutely loved it. "

"My wife Ashton lost her grandmother, Marilyn (Mimi to her), a few years ago around the holidays. This ALWAYS makes the holidays tough for her, and she struggles to get in the Christmas Spirit. Her grandmother was one of the most influential figures in her life growing up, and losing her was like losing a foundational piece of her own life. This is why I decided to order from PaintYourLife - to help recapture the spirit of her grandmother in a long-lasting painting that she can view and think about the good times and smile with love in her heart! Also, wait till the end as our 5-year old Autistic Son got into the action when he was unable to hold back from playing with some of his Christmas toys! Thank you SO much PaintYourLife.com! I recommend you to everyone! "

"My grandmother passed In 2013. My grandfather has not gone a day without mentioning her and thinking about her. He misses her and wishes he could have had more time with her. Since my grandmother passed away I had two other children that are now five and seven years old. Fortunately, she did get to hold my 8-year-old son before she passed. When I go over to my grandfather`s home he mentions how he wishes that my grandmother could have met the grandchildren and how much she would have loved and cherished them. When I was thinking about a gift for him I knew that I wanted something that would be unforgettable and priceless in his eyes. Before Christmas, I asked him if he wanted anything and he told me that he had everything he needed. When I was scrolling through Facebook one day I saw paint your life and I went on the website and I started going through the pictures available and looking at the process. I knew right then and there that this was the perfect gift for my grandfather. Paint your life has not only gone above and beyond my expectations but every day my grandfather looks at the painting and he tells my grandmother good morning and the for the first time in a long time he smiles. Every time I go over there he tells me how much the painting means to him and that no one has ever given him a gift so special. During the whole process, I thought that everything would be difficult and I would not get what I was looking for because I was going to be picky. I wanted everything to be perfect and I stressed and worried it wouldn`t be. I now know that the process was extremely easy and I downloaded several pictures and I also edited several times the paint your life artist was incredibly caring and did everything that I asked. Paint your life went above and beyond for my grandfather and I appreciate them more than they will ever know. "
