My mom passed away in August of 2020. my mom was extremely loved (obviously). She was the most selfless person I knew. Always doing everything for everyone. My sister and I miss her so dearly. my mom is on the left & my sister is on the right. This is the perfect gift. And she LOVES it as so do I! Thank you.

Back in 2015, my wife and I had been trying for a baby. We were a few months into trying when we got the tragic news that my wife’s grandmother(Maime) passed away on her mom`s side. Now, my mother-in-law(Temma) was one of six kids and was very close to her parents. A couple of days after her mom’s passing my wife found out she was pregnant. And to add to the miracle it was gonna be a girl. We knew this was God`s gift of life and couldn’t help but put the connection between Maime’s passing and our blessing of life we were about to receive. When I found PaintYourLife, I was jaw-dropped at the detail of every painting. No one in this world would disagree with how much of a saint Temma is. After seeing the amazing work PaintYourLife does and having our second daughter on my birthday last year, we couldn’t help but make this Christmas a special one for the one person who deserves nothing more than the world. Thank you so much for changing our lives with this incredible painting.

It`s been a rough year for everyone and for some even more so this holiday season. My wife`s brother was diagnosed with Covid days before Christmas and so he had to quarantine himself from the rest of the family. A week or so later her mom was diagnosed with Covid and couldn`t spend New Year`s with us. Her situation was so severe she had to go to the ER for treatment. The normal tradition for her side of the family is to open up presents on Christmas Eve, most of the time at her mom`s house. Because of Covid, we had to nix that. After New Year`s we were able to get the presents left at her mom`s house and open them. To play it safe we left them out of the house for a few days and then brought them in and opened them up in the garage. Hence why we`re not by a Christmas Tree. Even though this is not the Christmas any of us planned. Her present was what was needed at the right time. Her reaction is all I need as a Christmas gift. Both my Mom and Dad now have their Mothers watching over them. This Christmas I wanted to remind them those guardians are very proud. Paint Your Life allowed me to submit four separate photos and create a portrait together. In a year like 2020, we all need our guardian angels close by. This was my parent's reaction.

My wife Brooke Liburd lost her father about 4 years ago, and he loved her father dearly. They had a very beautiful relationship, and now we have a 2-year-old Daughter that we know he would love to be around. So creating this painting made our what-ifs a reality. And She loves it so much she cried.

We had this painting made for my husband, Anthony. Over 30 years ago, he lost his baby daughter Brittany at the age of 9 months. Since this was before the digital age he only had two pictures of her and not a single picture holding her in his arms. We have 4 other children, their spouses, their children, and me, who never got to meet Brittany, but we love her still because my husband loves her. She is our sister, aunt, and daughter. We can’t fill the hole left in my husband`s heart by her passing, but this picture gave my husband something impossible to recreate: the memory of holding her in his arms. This giant painting now hangs above our fireplace and will have a permanent home there for the years to come.
