My grandmother passed away almost 8 years ago. Christmas Eve with her grandkids was her favorite night of the year, and it created some of the most memorable moments of all of our lives. She never got to meet her great grandchildren, but she would’ve loved all of her boys. It’s only fitting that my sister and I (along with our dad) had an oil painting commissioned of her with our four kiddos. It’s exactly as we all remember her, and it was the greatest gift we’ve ever given. Absolutely heart warming moment. We love you, Gran. Thank you for always watching over us. #bigreveal @paintyourlifeart

Mac is a pitbull that my daughter rescued. He was in the system for 5 years, before she adopted him. Mac was full of life and love. One month shy of his 1 year anniversary Mac started to cry from pain. An MRI showed he had prostrate cancer that spread to his abdomen and spine. 5 days after what would have been his 8th birthday and 4 days after Christmas we had to send him to doggie heaven. Although we gave him the best year of his life it was still the most heartbreaking thing my daughter had to do. He was her baby and my daughters world revolved around Mac so I had the painting of him done so he could always be with her .

My mom and her special Christmas gift ????: This beautiful portrait is of my beloved Aunt “BooBoo” who was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and grandmother. She fought a courageous battle with colon cancer for two years before she gained her Angel Wings to go home in Heaven on November 21, 2019. As much as she is tremendously missed and loved by all of her loved ones on Earth, my siblings and I wanted to do something special for my mom for Christmas. A portrait of BooBoo would be a meaningful gift for my mom as they were more than just sisters by blood, they were the best friends by heart. They did everything together from going on road trips to having sleepovers on weekends to being silly to sharing some gossip to just simply being together. This portrait won’t bring BooBoo back physically, but it is a touching reminder that she is always there spiritually with my mom. Thank you, Anne, for making this beautiful portrait that will be cherished for many years to come. Thank you, Paint Your Life, for making this possible.

I had a painting of our doggie done for my husband, Danny, as a Christmas gift. This dog is his little buddy and he’s getting old, so we don’t know how much longer he’ll be with us. I thought the painting would be a special gift for him and by his reaction in the video, you can tell that it is!
