"My former husband and his wife are expecting their first child in a few weeks, and they both tragically lost their fathers, Al and Tony. They learned they are having a boy and they picked the name “Alton” to honor them both. This painting depicts both of them together and will show their son his special grandfathers in heaven, looking over him. "

"On 7/24/2016, 5 years ago my partner lost her mom from Alziemers. Mama J was the love of her life and her best friend. There is not a day that goes by that she doesn`t think of her. I saw ads of PaintyourLife on FB and they looked Amazing. I knew this would be the perfect gift. So I decided to do one for my partner and surprise her for her birthday. It came early so I couldn`t resist so I gave it to her as an early birthday gift. Thank you so much. She Loves It!!! "

"When my wife Brittney was 5 years old she and her two half brothers were separated. (Different dads and long story) in her early 20s, she and her oldest brother Michael found each other over social media. They instantly connected through many phone calls and FaceTimes as he was in Hawaii and she in Sc. She felt like she had found a missing piece of herself. They often spoke of promises to get together “soon” and to visit each other...what we didn’t realize was that the time just wasn’t on our side. In June of 2017, he was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident. She feels like a piece of her died that day. The only good thing that came of his death is she reconnected with her other half-brother Anthony and many other family members she never knew she had! Fast forward to her 32nd birthday... I, her husband surprised her with a beautiful hand-painted picture of her and her two brothers. The three were never able to take a picture in their adult life together...but now she has one of "us" she says. She is blown away and will forever cherish this picture."

"My best friends` dad passed away a few years ago the day before Father’s Day. He was her best friend and he never got to meet his granddaughter. This year on his birthday she stated all she wished for was at least one picture of them together. After that, I ordered from paint my life.com and received an amazingly perfect picture of the two that she and her daughter can cherish forever. It was the perfect early Mother’s Day present for her first Mother’s Day! Thank you!! "

"This was my wife Charlene’s gift for our first wedding anniversary. Traditionally the gift for the first year is supposed to be paper, which is tough, but Paint Your Life made it an easy choice. The original photo was taken moments after saying our vows and the painting is a perfect likeness. As you can see from the video it made Charlene very happy and we are just thrilled that it turned out so well. Thanks, Katie from Paint Your Life! You truly are an excellent and talented artist. "
