"My husband decided to do this for me. My relationship with my dad was very turbulent through my teens and twenties. In my thirties, my father and I were able to build that daddy/daughter relationship. He gave me some of the best advice in those years, that has pushed me to places I never imagined. My father took really ill in 2014. During some of our visits, he told me to keep Chris (my then best friend, now my best friend and husband) close. He said, "He`s a great man, from a great family and he truly cares for you. I TRUST HIM WITH YOU." Back then that statement went over my head, I was not thinking of Chris in that way. My father passed away in April of 2014, and Chris never left my side. My father was right, Chris really cares and loves me. We married in April of 2018, and I know my father would have been elated to give me away. Although he wasn`t there physically his spirit was quite present on our special day. This Paint Your Life captures the moment I longed for; a picture with me and my dad at my wedding. IT IS PRICELESS!!!! Thank you Paint Your Life. "
