The painting is of my grandparents, my mom’s parents, and my children. They have never met, they passed away before they were born. This was a retirement gift for my mom!

So my son sent me the video of other families revealing the pictures for their loved ones. He said he couldn`t watch it as he was having breakfast and he knew he would cry. Of course, I watched it and sent him a message balling my eyes out. He said he wanted to do a picture of my husband and his mother who passed away a few years ago. I knew just the background that would make it special. You see we are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and almost 9 years to the day after being married civilly, we were sealed in the San Diego Temple for all time and eternity. His folks chose to go to a family reunion instead of accompanying us to the temple. I know his mama really really wanted to be there, but couldn`t. It was obvious that the two of them in front of the temple would be a perfect memory. Though she couldn`t be very in person, we knew her spirit was. We gave it to him this afternoon, and the tears fell and fell and fell. Thank you so much for creating such a unique product that virtually makes dreams come true.

My mother-in-law lost her mother some years ago. Her mom was so important to her and she does her best to carry on every tradition her mother made. Ever since my daughter was born (her first grandbaby) she has talked all the time about how much she wishes her mom could have met her and how much she would have loved her. This was our way of making that come to life the only way we knew how. She deserved this so much. She said it was the best gift she’s ever received!

My sweet daddy passed away in November 1999. It was sudden and it was oh so hard. He thankfully did get to walk me down the aisle on my wedding day but he passed almost exactly 1 year later. My biggest worry has always been that he never got to meet my beautiful girls. They would have adored him and there’s no doubt he would have adored them too. I was my daddy’s baby girl and I know my girls would have held a huge piece of his heart. So when I saw one of your videos with a somewhat similar story, I just knew this would be the PERFECT gift for my mama. And boy was I right! Thank you Paint Your Life for creating such as masterpiece that will always be dear to my and my mother`s heart. And one that can be passed down through the years and never lose its value!

My stepdaughter had an Army retirement party, her mother passed when she was a child and her father passed when she was a young adult. I wanted her to know that they would be proud of her and to be able to have them as part of her special occasion.
