"This painting of my nephews, for my sister, came out absolutely beautiful. The artist captured their expressions so well. They were also a lot of mix and match, here! As you know, it`s difficult to get one child smiling nicely in a photo, so to get three doing that is nearly I`m possible! I had a good pose but had better pictures of their faces. The artist was able to merge details of several photos to make an exquisite painting. In the original photo, they all had the same color shirt on and, while it was cute for the picture, I asked the artist to change it for the painting. It looked so nice! Now is where I have to comment on the incredible, unfailing customer service of Paint Y our Life. The painting came, and because of its large size, there was a bar in the middle of the photo. It, unfortunately, was probably hung either too tight or too quickly, and made a visible line through the center of the painting, and right through my middle nephew`s head. I contacted customer service via the website, and had a reply in minutes, asking me to sent photos of the painting. I did, and the representative offered not only to re-start the painting (free of charge) from scratch but to allow us to keep the original as compensation. What a first-class company!!! I asked if the same artist could do the painting, as I loved how it looked and knew the error was in the framing, not the artist`s fault. I could not be happier, and neither could my sister when I gave it to her. The look on the children` faces and their comments were priceless. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"I thought I would share with you a little more about the painting we purchased. My 9-yo daughter has asked for a puppy pretty much since she could speak, write, or whatever other communications means she could use to convey her desire. Finally, at the end of 2017 we brought a 6-mo old dog into the family. She finally had her 'sister,' Trixie. For a few days in March of this year, Trixie was waking up in the middle of the night. Finally, at 1:30a one morning, she woke up and became sick... long story short, by 4pm she was in a hospital in Boston and by 8pm I was bringing my daughter down from NH to 'say goodbye'. We'll never know exactly what happened to Trixie, but we all missed her terribly; none of us of course so much as my daughter Gemma. Six weeks later after she returned from spring break with her mother, I surprised her with a painting from your company - amazing rendering of both her and Trixie, the image expertly blended from two photos. The painting was so perfect, in fact, that the shock and surprise on her face turned almost immediately to tears, as she broke down sobbing uncontrollably with the memory of her deceased 'sister'. A week or two later I asked her if she wanted to see the painting again, and she said No, tears returning to her eyes. Her mother and I think that perhaps as she connects with a new puppy we received last week, she'll reflect on her time with Trixie without sadness, and we can bring the painting out again. But, for now, it sits in its tube in my basement, patiently waiting it's time to bring the memory of Trixie back into the family. After receiving your email I discussed with Gemma whether she would be willing to have her likeness (and Trixie's) shown on your website. She thought that would be a nice memorial to Trixie, even if we didn't have the painting shown in our own home. So, unfortunately, I won't be sharing with you pictures or video of her reaction with the painting (which is beautiful, of course). But "
