My niece is a rainbow baby. After years of trying to conceive my sister and brother-in-law had Emma. But sadly due to the pandemic, she was unable to meet her grandpa. Also, her great grandmother sadly passed and would have been able to meet the blessing we all prayed for them.

"My father-in-law passed away this spring and this was our first Christmas without him. I had this painting commissioned in September because I knew that it would mean a lot to my wife to have a keepsake of her favorite picture of her dad and our daughter to keep and hand down. In the room were my wife, daughter, mother in law and my brother and sister-in-law on video chat.

"Our grandfather (her father) passed away over 20 years ago and never got a chance to witness his great-grandchildren grow up and the great-grandchildren never got a chance to meet the guy who we all grew up with and loved! Thinking about a special gift to give our mother we knew the one gift she would love is for her dad and his grandchildren to meet and this picture was the closest way of joining them together!"
My friend, Jessica, lost her mom to cancer in February 2015. Her son, Quentin was just 9 months old when his grandmother passed away. Once I found Paint Your Life, I knew I wanted to surprise Jess with a picture of her mom and son. I snuck on Jessica’s phone, grabbed a picture of her mom, and submitted both the picture of her mom and her son. Her reaction to this painting is priceless. Thank you!!
