As an only child, Nina was spoiled rotten by her grandparents. Unfortunately, she lost her grandfather, also known as pop pop shortly, after entering adulthood. She spoke very highly of him and expressed how much he influenced her life. Recently Nina reminisced about her childhood and the great times she had with her grandfather. She didn`t say much at that moment, but I could feel that she felt something missing. He never got the chance to meet his great-granddaughter as I know Nina would have wanted. My Brother, sister, and I decided to give our mother a Valentine’s Day gift she’d cherish forever. After a two-year battle with cervical cancer she passed on and it was one of my family’s biggest losses. This affected us because since I was six (now 24) my grandmother lived with us and helped raise us and make us into the hard-working determined individuals we are. And I am extremely happy with the work you guys all did to make the vision we had into our reality.
