"My wife Ashton lost her grandmother, Marilyn (Mimi to her), a few years ago around the holidays. This ALWAYS makes the holidays tough for her, and she struggles to get in the Christmas Spirit. Her grandmother was one of the most influential figures in her life growing up, and losing her was like losing a foundational piece of her own life. This is a video of my wife unboxing a portrait we had made of my dad for his wife my mom. Today 2/14/2021 would’ve been their 45th anniversary. He passed suddenly on January 20th. My mom absolutely loves it and keeps saying how it looks exactly like him.
