"We had chosen to have a portrait done of Precious before she even passed away. Once she crossed the rainbow bridge, it became even more important to us. We needed to make sure we had the right picture and, obviously, the right artist. We looked through many before making our selection. The communication and professional customer service as we went through this process were amazing. When we finally picked the picture and background we were given an eta for our portrait. It arrived almost a week early. We were beyond amazed at the work of art! She couldn’t have done a better job! Precious is now proudly displayed over our mantle where she will watch over us! "
