"Phoebe was my heart dog, the one who showed me what unconditional love was and forever changed who I am for the better. She and I spent 12 wonderful years together, adventuring, snuggling, and enjoying life. She was sassy, hilarious, definitely outspoken, and my most precious friend. To have such a lovely reminder of her, of who she was and how she lived, is a gift beyond measure; I look at the painting and feel she's still with me. And I can't thank you enough for that "
