Mara M. liked drawing creatively from early childhood. She constantly wanted to paint everything that came to hand - walls, wallpaper, and furniture. As a teenager, Mara went to art school where she was taught proportions, perspective, anatomical drawing, and more. During her studies at the university at the department of fine arts, she discovered a variety of techniques, mastering oil, acrylic, sanguine, pastel, and charcoal. Mara derives inspiration from emotions, and she draws on her active lifestyle, reading books, and regular travel as her main muses. She puts love and soul into every portrait.
