Tania M. fell in love with drawing people as a very young child. Even from the tender age of five, people were surprised by the detailed facial features of the people she drew. During college, she was actively engaged in painting portraits on commission, using a variety of mediums. Tania is inspired by new styles, techniques and materials. While painting portraits, she gains specific inspiration by choosing to listen to a style of music she feels best suits her subject. In between painting portraits, she engages in - and finds further inspiration from - outdoor sports such as paddling, kayaking or cycling, all in the company of close friends.
