From childhood, Zane was passionate about art. Drawing, modeling and wood carving were his friends. He had no art education, but thanks to his own self-taught efforts, Zane repeatedly took part in art exhibitions. Realism conquered the young artist’s heart. One of his realism paintings won first place in a regional competition, and he was consequently invited to study at a high school for fine arts. During his studies, Zane ??began to master new techniques - acrylic, simple pencils and colored pencils, and oils - all in the style of realism. In parallel with his studies, Zane ??painted portraits on commission. In addition to portraits, he developed a penchant for painting icons and landscapes as well. Zane is inspired by the complexity of matter and size, and he leaves a piece of himself embedded in each piece of art, imbibing a special love with each portrait. Over 400 of Zane’s works are in galleries worldwide, including Poland, Germany, Italy and other countries.
