This is a video of my wife unboxing a portrait we had made of my dad for his wife my mom. Today 2/14/2021 would’ve been their 45th anniversary. He passed suddenly on January 20th. My mom absolutely loves it and keeps saying how it looks exactly like him.

Randy Guidry passed away from Covid-19 leaving behind his wife Brooke`s son Wyatt and soon-to-be-born daughter Jolie. Randy was a dedicated public servant in the City of Youngsville Louisiana. He was a full-time Police Officer and a volunteer fireman with the city.

At dinner on vacation, She wore a new outfit I bought for her. As she sat talking to her grandmother I saw her sitting there and had to snap a quick picture. I knew right then this HAD to be turned into a portrait. What better time to give it to her than Christmas!

This painting was given to Simone last Christmas. Simone`s mom passed away when she was a teenager. She only has a few 2 or 3 blurry photos of her mom (pictures of pictures that were taken on cell phones). The artist was able to use these photos and create this beautiful painting. This is the first clear view of her mother`s face that she has seen in over 25 years. Simone absolutely loves this painting, and it is now one of her most treasured possessions.
