Mac is a pitbull that my daughter rescued. He was in the system for 5 years, before she adopted him. Mac was full of life and love. One month shy of his 1 year anniversary Mac started to cry from pain. An MRI showed he had prostrate cancer that spread to his abdomen and spine. 5 days after what would have been his 8th birthday and 4 days after Christmas we had to send him to doggie heaven. Although we gave him the best year of his life it was still the most heartbreaking thing my daughter had to do. He was her baby and my daughters world revolved around Mac so I had the painting of him done so he could always be with her .

Summer of 2020- we had to put down our beloved Lucy. It was so hard. Every time this picture rolled around on Facebook, my husband always said how much he loved that moment. In typical Lucy fashion, she always wanted to be right by him, no matter what he was doing. Now he has that moment with her everyday. Thank you to the artist for the perfect moment.

This painting is of my daughter Victoria and our dog Gracie. Our Gracie meant the world to my daughter, and when she unexpectedly got sick and was diagnosed with incurable cancer. We had no choice but to put her down. We had a mere 29 hours to prepare for her death. My daughter was devastated. Gracie was her world. Literally her world. After seeing multiple videos of Paint Your Life, I knew this was the best way to memorialize them both together. Victoria is beyond grateful that she received this painting with her Grace girl. The video doesn’t do justice to how well it came out or the emotions behind it and what transpired after I turned off the camera. It is absolutely beautiful, and I can’t thank you enough for this precious gift and how much you have touched her life with it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
