I was trying to think of the perfect Christmas present for my dad. My grandmother passed away a few months back and I wanted to get him something sentimental. There are no pictures of my dad and my grandmother together when he was a baby, so I wanted to have one created. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

My mom and dad lost their 10-year-old dog this summer. To this day I still find my mom hiding and crying over our little Mia. For Christmas, I decided to get them a painting of Mia. They loved it! My father`s mother died when I was 8 and I knew that now having two daughters we would never ha e the opportunity to have them together in a picture. Every Christmas is difficult for my father as his mother is not here and it was her favorite holiday. Having the girls in the same picture with my nana was a moment we had to have done. This was a gift that not only is priceless but really made him know she is always here with us and the girls.

My siblings and I decided to gift our parents a painting of our two past dogs and our current dog all together for Christmas! We got our current dog a year after our last passed away. Every day we talk about how much our new dog would’ve loved our two past dogs. To see them all together was breathtaking! The portrait turned out even better than I expected. Absolutely amazing.

All our old pictures and VHS tapes went up in flames when our house burned about 15 years ago so when I saw an ad on FB about paint your life, I knew I found the perfect gift.
