On October 5, 2019, @telialadon gave birth to my niece Paisley. My father passed away in August of 2014. Even though the two of them never got the chance to meet, I wanted to make sure they at least had a picture together.

For my husband, Thomas’s 50th birthday, I wanted to do something special. He has lost both his dad and oldest brother to cancer and misses them both terribly. I wanted to capture his memories of them so he could remember them daily. He knew he was being videotaped so he tried to hold back most of his emotions but there were tears shed. Thank you Paint Your Life for helping bring this idea to life.

My friend, Jessica, lost her mom to cancer in February 2015. Her son, Quentin was just 9 months old when his grandmother passed away. Once I found Paint Your Life, I knew I wanted to surprise Jess with a picture of her mom and son. I snuck on Jessica’s phone, grabbed a picture of her mom, and submitted both the picture of her mom and her son. Her reaction to this painting is priceless. Thank you!!

This painting is a gift for my mom’s birthday on 09/25 she lost her dad (my grandfather) in October 2020. He’s was gone way too soon, she was a daddy’s girl and it hurts to hear her say she misses her father, waiting to get that happy birthday call and it never came ???? ... I have been thinking about the perfect gift, how can I capture them both in a picture and I came across “paint your life” it end result came out beautiful..two separate pictures into one. She loved it !!!...

My son (Luca) was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on September 27th, 2020. He had a long 8 month battle with it and it eventually took his life on May 20th, 2021. My wife has been struggling and my other kids all miss him dearly, as shown in this video. The second my youngest saw the picture she kissed him and they’ve been wanting to kiss or hug the portrait every couple of hours. Thank you, guys.
