My mother in law passed away 7 years ago and unfortunately I didn’t have the privilege of meeting her and neither did my kids! When I found out that Paint your life could paint a portrait of all of us together I didn’t hesitate to place my order because I knew that this would be a priceless gift for my husband and one that he will appreciate for life, and sure enough he was amazed and surprised of the beautiful Job that the artist Melissa did with the family portrait!

This picture was taken at the end of a beautiful night out, spent with family. Cousin Felicia was snapping pictures as we talked and relaxed on the steps of her lovely new home. Shoes off and in the loving arms of my husband`s embrace, as he whispered " I love you, Cerise" in my ear; is the most serene and sacred place I could ever hope to be. This captured moment of our love shows its depth in such totality that Bryan promised to have it made into a painting for me. On 2-2-2020, my sweet love surprised me with the painting of US, which we named "Stairway to Heaven". Every time I look at it, it pulls me back to that very moment on that warm summer night in the quiet calmness of my Baby-Love`s embrace...

The painting was done to remember our beloved Cooper our pug of 15 years. He was our king. He ruled our house and we loved him dearly. He lived a long and wonderful 15 years. He traveled with us. He went to work with me for 10 years. He truly lived the life of royalty. Unfortunately he passed away last October after a brief fight with cancer. He left a huge hole in hearts and our house is so empty without him. This painting though it can never replace, it does make it seem like he is still with us in heart and spirit and looking over us. His painting is hung in the room where we spend most of our time. We see him daily looking at us. The painting was of a photo that was our favorite photo of him. He has the sweetest look on his face and he is resting his head on his paws and has this look of love on his face. Thank you Kris, you did an incredible job. Our hearts our full and we can never express to you how happy you have made us. We have a home of treasured paintings, and this is right up there with the most favorite. Thank you from my heart.

This is is very emotional for me, but this is my mom opening my Christmas gift to her. Which is a painting of bother her parents. Her father (My grandpa) passed away 5 years ago and almost to the day five years later his wife(my Grandma) passed away as well. This was/is a very rough time for my mom because she saw them at their worst for a very long time and we had very few pictures left after a fire broke out at their South Texas home. This painting was able to give my mother a chance to see her parents at their best every day as she walks through the house. I am eternally grateful and had the exact same painting done a second time for my moms brother so he could have the same thing.
