This is a video of my wife unboxing a portrait we had made of my dad for his wife my mom. Today 2/14/2021 would’ve been their 45th anniversary. He passed suddenly on January 20th. My mom absolutely loves it and keeps saying how it looks exactly like him.

This painting was given to Simone last Christmas. Simone`s mom passed away when she was a teenager. She only has a few 2 or 3 blurry photos of her mom (pictures of pictures that were taken on cell phones). The artist was able to use these photos and create this beautiful painting. This is the first clear view of her mother`s face that she has seen in over 25 years. Simone absolutely loves this painting, and it is now one of her most treasured possessions. He always wish that he can have a painting or a good memory of her every time he wakes up so I thought about my not getting a painting done and he loves it.
